With extensive leadership experience spanning Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet states, and Africa, he specializes in bridging European enterprise with high-growth emerging markets along the New Silk Road.
Operational Excellence & Infrastructure Deployment
A core pillar of his expertise lies in translating strategic market entry into concrete operational reality. Jiri leads the establishment of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and successfully navigates the complexities of large-scale international tenders. His technical management background encompasses the end-to-end mobilization of critical infrastructure, with a specialized focus on advanced mobility solutions. This includes the strategic deployment of road infrastructure charging projects, smart traffic technologies, and broader smart city ecosystems. To support these physical deployments, he also oversees the implementation of robust digital frameworks, including ITIL-aligned IT service centers, high-volume call centers, and advanced customer self-care platforms.

Driving complex projects across borders requires seamless communication and deep regional fluency. Jiri negotiates and executes strategic initiatives fluently across English, German, Czech and Russian. Through his work with MEDEVAC CZECH and various NGOs he has directly supported crisis-resilient healthcare and educational infrastructure.
